No 3 Skillet ID U at 12 o'clock and E at 6 o'clock

Any suggestions on the brand of this skillet, where it might have been made, or how old it is?
U and 3 at 12 o'clock
E at 6 o'clock
Heat ring with three notches at 12 o'clock, 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock

Thanks for the reply and the information.
Was hoping for something a little more unique than a 1960s Lodge.
Nonetheless, always gratifying to start with a skillet in horrible shape and bring it back to life.
