I have perused this site extensively in the last several months and found a wealth of information, and finally joined. I am a retired teacher and a Happy Granny. I love to cook and have discovered cooking with cast iron in just the last year. I have learned much and have much more to learn. I have a giant stash of CI ready to be e–tanked once my hubby gets it set up for me. I bought lots of CI before I knew what I really needed (I have a glass cooktop), and now I need to get what I can't use ready to sell.
