Hi All,
Short time collector but intrigued with the past and in hopes of keeping it alive thru my collecting. Have read many of the threads over the past year and they have been helpful in my efforts to find that one piece that no one else has.

I could have had that piece about six months ago, and now it's gone. No I won't say what it was, and I'm pretty sure that someone else probably has one...

Trying to think of a piece that no one else would have if you had it. Hmm.. :icon_scratchchin:

I will say, that when I first started collecting, there were pieces that I thought were out of my reach either because I perceived them as 'Rare' , they were well beyond my price range, or people were asking way too much money for them.

Since then, through vigilance, lots of driving, lots of scrounging, I've built up a collection that while small compared to lots of folks, I can be proud of. Wide variety of brands, small variety of different types of pieces, and I've made a lot of friends along the way.

CI people are pretty good people.
