Hi- glad to find y'all.

I'm in Indianapolis and have several cast iron skillets from my family. I'll have to take pics to have your help identifying them. I'm hoping to learn how to best use and take care of them. One I believe is a Wagner 9 or 10 inch square skillet my Dad always made weekend breakfasts in when I was a kid. The other is a 5-6inch round skillet perfect for eggs in the morning that came from my parent's home but I don't recall it being used when I was a kid.

I recently opened a vintage glass and kitchenware booth at a local antique mall and have been acquiring and selling items and have also picked up some cast iron pieces. One is a lovely Wagner 1109-A Sydney griddle in top shape. The other is a very large 2 handled oval baker casserole. I'm trying to learn more so I can be a savvy user of my personal pieces and be informed about what I'm buying/selling.
