How the heck did this happen to me :icon_scratchchin: ? how did I become addicted to cast iron cookware?
1st step to recovery is admission to ones problems...or so I'm told. Is there a group meet for recovery in SoCal?
Got some swap meet finds I'll be asking questions about in the other forums. I have a sad story of discovering crack and repairs under inches of baked on gunk on some of my favorite Griswolds :frown:.
I'll say this, I still have my Moms 1970's Taiwan, warped skillet that is as smooth as glass from her constant use. It's a shame she didn't get something American made back then, a oversight I'm looking to rectify for my children.
Oh well, you'll have to excuse me while I go get my iron infusions(true story, I've had 'em!
