Hi, you probably won't hear much from me. I 'm more of a user than a collector. I have a few cheap modern skillets and Dutch ovens, the former of which I use almost daily. I came across a very nice skillet with a wonderfully smooth surface and decided to see if I could find out about it.

After looking at the site, I suppose it might be collectable if I ever stop using it.

The name "WAGNER" is in an arc on the top of the underside with the number 7. It doesn't heat ring.

Looks like it has a heat ring to me. I picked up that same pan yesterday, except in an #8. Its in the lye tank right now. Looks to be a very fine pan!

I understand that to be called the "Wagner arc logo", and according to the Evolution of the Wagner Trademark page on this site, dates the pan to the 1891-1910 era.
