I hadn't seen this vintage Lodge unmarked before. So, if this is actual Lodge and not someone's copy using an altered Lodge pan, it would be an exception to the "unbroken heat ring and handle ridge not flattening at the sidewall is BSR" rule. The number on the bottom is not consistent with any BSR I've seen, though.
