I've been lurking here for a few months. This is definitely one of the better sites for info on CI. Kind of a long story but my son wanted biscuits and gravy and I pretty much told him I can't do it without CI which I hadn't considered buying previously. Once I started researching I found the history really interesting and I'm all about re-purposing and up-cycling. I have also found out that Ebay is the devil when it comes to most sellers. I bought 2 pans from 2 different sellers, overpaid, and they are both spinners :shootself:
