From St Joseph, MI. I have checked this site numerous times over the past year.
Great place, glad someone put it together and care so much about CI. Seen a #8 & #6 at a goodwill about a year ago for $20. Since then have been hooked. It's all I cook with now. Trying to convert girlfriend over currently haha!! I joined the forum last night hoping to get some insight on a griddle I found on a auction site. Since I couldn't find it after searching for awhile. Finally found it.. How much would you pay for #8 griddle?

Griswold revised its handle griddles many times, so it is often difficult to find a published value on each exact version. The RB and BB appear to assign higher values to ones with crossbars and more elaborate markings. One closest in markings to yours appears in the RB valued at $45-60. Being not recently revised, RB values are often inconsistent with current selling prices. Also, condition matters. If the top is pitted or badly scratched, that would detract from value, as would warping or cracks. If this one can be verified to be undamaged, I would say anything under $50 would be good.

My collection is mostly stuff I use on a weekly basis. So this might be a clean for the love of CI and sell for something else, unless I love it like I normally do with most I find. Getting more into the non skillet items now since most of the ones left are the hard to find ones. Thanks for info
