Greetings all, I've been a fan of cooking in cast iron since before I even began to cook, it was ingrained in me by my mother,grandmother and aunts that it was the best....lo and behold it turned out that they were right. As the years creep(speed) by and my age goes up,I've become more interested in the history of cast iron not just my pieces but in general,not from a collectors point of view but just to know,
