Hello from NC

I moved to NC from Florida almost 3 years ago. My wife and I bought a home in the mountains of western NC which we share with our 2 Belgian Sheepdogs, Bo and Sassy, and a cat named Dylan. I had a few pans passed down to me that I cleaned and started using. I liked them so much that I started buying a few more and using them too. Well, I got hooked! Now I'm trying to learn what I can wherever I can. So here I am.
