I have had various pieces of Cast Iron cookware over the years,but never paid alot of attention to th sheer versitality of this cookware. This past weekend opened my eyes while on a hammock camping trip/outing. There were several people that had various sizes of CI fry pans and, best of all, were the Dutch ovens. I was in awe of how you can cook with the Dutch Ovens and the meals come out soooo good. I am now looking to get into finding vintage CI and learning what to look for. I am excited to begin this hobby.
