My name is Brent and I'm from IL. I just got my grandmothers cast iron not long ago (all Wagner) and I guess I had forgotten how great these things are. We now use them almost exclusively but even worse I seem to have fallen into yet another hobby of collecting/seeking cast iron cookware starting with convincing my wife that I need lots of cast iron option both at home and in our camper.. Anyway I found this sight and thought I could learn some things here so here I am.
