Hi Folks, Just getting started in restoring cast iron. I have been restoring straight razors for a while and cast iron has the same appeal. Having something that's over a century old that still is "on the job" is just amazing to me. If only those razors and pans could talk. The stories they would tell. My cast iron collecting began in a kind of backwards fashion. I got my largest piece first. A cast iron Cook 'n' Kettle made in Tulsa Ok. Its the MOAB of BBQ grills. I guess I've been bitten.
