I'm a utility guy with cast iron - I like dutch ovens, good heavy frypans, etc. Never cared much about fancy names on the back, though I do like to know what exactly I have when I find it, because the local market is pretty idiotic about cast iron, and if I score a piece on the cheap and can turn it into a bunch of pieces just because it says "Griswold" or "Wagner", then I'll do it in a NY minute!
