I am new to this but I have been using CI that I got from my grandmother. I didn't know what they were until I found this web site. Now I know what they are. Thank you!
I am interested in Martin Industries pans because I live in Florence, AL where they were made, and I used to work for Martin in the 80's & 90's. I have a #3 Martin that I use a lot.
I came across a Martin #4 recently that had the Martin logo on it but the heat ring had three notches on it at 9, 12, & 3 o'clock. Could this have been made by Lodge? If so, when did Lodge make pans for Martin. The two factories were only about 100 miles apart.
Thanks,
John
