My name is Brian from Pennsylvania and I have been primarily cooking with cast iron for about 15 years but only recently have I been learning about restoration. I am now hooked and you will find me scouring FB, craiglist, ebay, etc, looking for grimy cast iron I can bring back to life, I find it a very rewarding and fun hobby.
I love reading the articles and threads on this site and am glad I found it. Thanks for everything you do here, I hope to be able to share my experiences both good and bad in the future as I continue to learn.
