Greetings from Wisconsin- Can anyone ID this?

Hi,

I am a newbie to collecting and also selling cast iron cookware. I came across this enameled skillet and was curious as to the maker. The underside of the handle is stamped "Made in the People's Republic of Ireland", and has a pretty elaborate design on the back, but no ID as to the maker. Can anyone give me the benefit of your knowledge.

Looks late mid-century to me. I don't see one like it online anywhere. Waterford, maybe?

I looked at the Waterford Maker's Marks and did not see anything like this. Thanks for trying.
