Having used cast iron frying skillets both large and small, cornbread and scone skillets, griddles, Dutch ovens and ladles in the kitchen for the past 38 years being here is a good thing. I was looking for an answer about sand blasting CI and innocently stumbled into this kettle of fish. As luck would have it, I was allowed to come into the fold by simply providing a mostly truthful set of answers to inquiries by the leaders. So here I am! All 86 years of me.

Snow is a good thing. It gives me a reason to not cut the grass. On the other hand, having a really high growth of grass around the place tells me there is no reason to get the snowblower to the shop for regular maintenance. It's a near certainty that there will be no snowstorms in the near term when the briars and brambles are in full bloom.
