Hi everyone. New here and have only been into CI for about two years. My users are primarily Griswolds including big block lettering 8 and 9s as well as small letter 10 and 12 skillets. All of there are in great shape, sit flat, and have been developing very nice seasoning. The #12 is my newest that required a 3day stripping session with oven cleaner followed by 4 seasoning cycles in the oven. It's still building up the seasoning but I recently started using Crisbee which is doing wonders. Of all the skillets I have the #10 sees the most use. I do want to pick up a small #3 since just reading on this forum I see it can be used for great things like melting butter or even a single egg.

Enough rambling...... great to be on this forum!
