Hello all. Have recently (within the year) been introduced to cast iron cooking. Started getting skillets mostly for free, never paid more than 5 dollars for any.
Restored and seasoned about 8 different pans now and love them all. Have really enjoyed learning how to identify my unmarked pans. Still have one pan I can't identify hope to soon.
