Birmingham Stove & Range Co.?

I finally got this piece cleaned up enough to post. Am I right in my guess as to what kind of #3 it is? Judging by the handle and lack of detail.IMG_2906.jpg
 
Yes, BSR Red Mountain.

Having said that, the fact that it is a smooth bottom pan gives me pause. I didn't think BSR made smooth bottomed pans. If not, possibly Birdsboro?? The pour spouts are large, like pre-automation.
 
BSR family members and former employees have said they never made smooth bottom skillets other than chicken fryers. If Birdsboro, I would expect the number on the bottom to be much smaller and not necessarily a size number.
