Hello all. My name is Casey Mena, I'm a chef in Bham, Al.
Recently got into CI after buying some great pieces from a fellow chef I work with.

I can't wait to share and hopefully gain some info on all of this, the history, the going rate, the collectibility and tips! :geek:

I restore and resell, and am always looking for great Wall hangers!
