You can find 3-notch Lodges from ca. 1940 up until Lodge discontinued the heat ring. I'm not sure when that was. I once saw a 3-notch lodge with the 1987-1993 logo on it.

1940s - 1993. 1987 to 1993 were marked with the large inscribed Lodge "egg" logo (as opposed to the later small egg logo in bas relief).
