Potatoes and chicken on the Sportsman

That does look good,
I've seen a number of these turn up on line from time to time including the older BSR models. I've often wondered if I would use one of the these to cook with. I do like the look, size, and versatility of a them but wonder how often I would use it. But hey I've got a Webber I don't use very much either.

What about some of the other guy and gals that have and use one what do you like to cook on them and how often do you use one? Maybe you can talk me into one if I happen to stumble across one in need of new home.

No crutch here. I replaced my hibachi with a Weber 35 years ago and haven’t looked back. Now that I have a fire pit I use that more than my Weber. If I was back in an apartment with an itty-bitty porch I’d consider a Sportsman.
