I picked up a couple of pans today. any help id them will be apprecheated. the #14 looks like a BSR red mountain to me but I am not sure. the small one Is wrought iron range company, but I got it cheap and it is cool. any clue what they are and the age?
thanks mike
1950s to early 60s on the BSR. Could have sold as either RM or Century. If the WIRCO isn't warped, it's a good find. Being wrought iron, they warped easily.
Like the WIRCO. Assume it has a bottom gate and no heat ring. IMO, the pour spouts on the skillets of that era are really cool. Even if it wobbles, it can still be a user. And best thing, as someone else on the forum has stated, you have one and someone else doesn't.
