Default Aebleskivers! I did it!

I gathered my courage and attempted aebleskivers this morning! They are really good. They came out like a light and airy donut but not as sweet. I sprinkled powdered sugar over and ate them with blueberry lemon honey jam and coffee. Yum!

Excellent, Nichole! You have real talent (which I don't, hence haven't brought out and cleaned my pan <cluck, cluck>)
