Default Unique Heart Shaped Waffle Iron

I've searched and all I come up with are the pics of two styles (one with handles and one without handles) but the same crown and big 'F' markings. There is someone claiming some association with a king Fredrich of denmark or something but without any verified sources I'm thinking that is more 'ebay salesmanship' than fact. but if anyone does have any info feel free to share.

Didn't there used to be some rule about the crown being placed on stuff that was made for the royal house? I may be thinking of silver marks. I wonder if it was true of all cooking utensils? It's a nice waffle iron.
