I cannot speak for Wagner but I do not believe it is BSR.

BSR skillets had heat rings, with the exception of the chicken fryer. From your pics I cannot tell if the sides are high enough to be a chicken fryer vs. a normal skillet. There are some other discrepancies, too; here's a BSR Red Mountain chicken fryer for comparison:

Not BSR. Either unmarked Wagner or some foundry's copy using a Wagner as a basis for the pattern. Does the bottom seem unusually thick and heavy?

It's unusual for an unmarked Wagner to have no indication on the bottom like "9 INCH SKILLET". The copies are often thick-bottomed because it appears markings were removed from the sand mold, not the pan used as the pattern. Scraping away some sand removed the marks, but also resulted in a thicker and uneven pan bottom. Even without noticeable heaviness, I'd say a copy.

I fished one of these, a #5, from the murky depths of my lye bath today (there were 3 others in there, too). I had kind of forgotten about them since they were cheap, thrift store pick ups. There is a 5 on the top of the handle, and Ps instead of 2s on the bottom of the handle. And it's a spinner.
