Cast Iron Aebleskiver Pan, French Coeur De Fur/ Heart of iron, Lodge muffin pan and not pictured is a cast iron muffin/ cupcake pan. The cupcake pan is in the electrolysis tank.
The muffin/ cup cake pan is about done. It was quite rusty on the back but not as bad as i thought. It only took 4 hours to clean in the tank. I can now see there is an A marked on the back. That is the only mark i see. Seasond once with canola.i cooked some bacon so will run it again tomorrow.
The other month I posted a popover pan just like that, trying to help a friend ID it. I was guessing Griswold but the answer I got from Doug was a Wagner using an old Griswold pattern.
Eric I found a picture of a muffin pan marked Wagner Ware and Griswold made in USA. It looks the same as my unmarked one.
I doubt that it could be an Asian copy as it is a light casting.
So you think mine is an unmarked Wagner?
These are Wagner versions of this one: http://www.castironcollector.com/gallery/gems/griswold10b.jpg
Jay, I think yours is late 50’s/early 60’s... after Griswold was acquired by the company that already owned Wagner, but before Made in USA was plastered on everything.
