It's not fake but was not made by Griswold in ERIE. It's a product of General Housewares Corp. I think when they owned the remains of Griswold and Wagner from 1969-99. Those pans are kinda rare. I don't know what kind of demand there is for them. There were a few other pieces in the set or range of those pans.
