95% sure this is a Lodge.

Hi all, this is my first post. I've been handed down an old cast I to skillet. Based on the 3 notches on the heat ring, I would say it is a Lodge. However, the handle looks like BSR. It came from an elderly lady at church. It belonged to her mother in law. So it has some age on it. I know it at least earlier than a 1960, but haven't been able to age it earlier than that.

Any insight would be appreciated.

The markings are like 1940s, but the thicker walls and smaller pour spouts are like those after they started automation, which according to Lodge was 1950. So probably early 1950s.

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the information.

I work down the street from the lodge factory in TN, maybe I should go ask them!
