Hey y'all!

Recently I have discovered the joys of CI and cooking with CI. I have 13 pieces of CI, some vintage, some modern, some enameled.

This forum has been a wonderful resource. Thanks to all forum members who have shared their experiences.

Why would anyone buy All-Clad? :confused:

How I got started with CI was my favorite old junk 10" skillet finally gave up the ghost when the handle broke. I had it rigged with vice grips for handle ( did I mention it was my favorite :p. well as I deciding what new one I wanted and hating the idea of spending $90 + for a good one that will last, I was reading one of my unrelated fourms and one of guys was talking bout how great old CI was and one of the other guys linked this site. A lot more reading, a yard sale with two nice early BSR's finds later and the rest is history,,,, literally:mrgreen:
