I've lived in and around Central and South Texas for over 50 years and that is the first one I have seen. I didn't even know Floresville ever had a foundry. Wagner made a piece called a Krusty Korn Sausage Pan which is almost identical to this except it doesn't have the little doggies in the pattern. It is shown on page 254 of the Blue Book.

I had a feeling it was probably a pretty rare piece.... Been in the know for 35 years and never seen or heard of this one. Love the Hot Dog Graphics it has.
