Turbo bread

Been playing with different no knead breads lately, came across turbo bread and tried it today. Time between pulling out the flour out of the cupboard to pulling bread out of the oven is under 3 hours. Tastes great. Had to add a bit more water and an extra 5 or so minutes in the oven would have made it wonderful.

Awesome. I have yet to make bread in my cast iron, but it's really on the list of things I want to try. Thanks for sharing!

If you like bread, do play with the different artisan no knead breads, too easy. When cooked in a hot dutch oven, can't be beat.

Yeah, I plan to. I've got a nicer DO in the e-tank right now that I'm hoping comes out nice and clean and ready for bread baking. :glutton:
