I use a small enameled CI dutch oven.....its a Cooks Essentials, but I got it at Goodwill for 2 bucks.......works great, easy clean up to.

I would have to say that most Wapak collectors(like myself) would like a chicken foot for their collections, I would buy a semi rough one tho, but prefer a real nice one to collect. Just my 2cents.

One of my go to skillets for small meals in my #8 Oneta....made by wapak but the #8 is about the size of a Wapak #7. Id say not too many people collect Oneta, lol....but I like them.

I was just wondering if Wapak ever actually made a #14 Indian Head skillet? I have never seen one, but im no expert, just a Wapak collector. Anyone know what all they made with the Indian Head

Not real familiar with timelines....makes sens tho to not have a logo or whatever on a pre-1950s skillet. Thats my thoughts at least.

I agree.....Crisco for the initial seasoning, after stripping it....then bacon grease or Crisco will be fine. I use bacon grease on the ones I use a lot, due to the greas might become rancid.
