According to a 1924 catalog, this would be Set #5. There were Sets #1-5 produced with different combinations of toys ranging from three to five pieces.

Re: What was the most difficult piece of cast iron that you have ever restored?

Griswold Santa, maybe not so much the restoration, but the seasoning and wiping out every nook and cranny 10+ times was awful.

Re: Griswold #1

Yes, I saw that. I know for a fact the big buyers were worried due to the blurry photos and lack of a selling history. They all backed off. Could've, and should've went for much more.

Re: Bsr skillet

I recently picked up a BSR Jumbo Skillet. A lot of the BSR #20 had a scar in the middle of the casting that was ground down at the factory.

Re: Enameled #10 Wagner advertising skillet?!?!?

I agree with you Doug as to the 3rd party application. But SURELY Wagner was not ignorant of Griswolds enameled line and attempted some product testing...now if it did happen I bet they were scrapped...

Enameled #10 Wagner advertising skillet?!?!?

It reads Ace Tank & Heater Co. Santa Fe Springs Cal. I looked up the company and it was started on 19 June 1957 and ceased to be on 26 July 1977. Any thoughts?

Re: Wapak chickenfoot new find

Not common but not rare per se. I've seen a few sell on eBay and they, in my opinion, add some value. I'm pretty big into the Wapaks and I'd pay a few bucks more for one in great condition.
