#16, underside of handle. Any idea of maker?
Not my pan but very very curious about what it is. Can someone help?

Re: #16, underside of handle. Any idea of maker?
Some are quick to link a raised size number on the top of a skillet handle to Lodge, but nothing else about this one is consistent with Lodge. I have seen this piece crop up from time to time, both with and without a wooden handled bail type assist handle attached via a metal cap on the end of the post.

Thanks! I did not think it would be lodge. Actually have never run into a CI skillet with that assist handle on the opposite end of the pan. Never saw a #16 before either!

Assist handles on large skillets are usually bisected loops (think DO bail attachment ear) or solid, flat tabs. On new Lodge, they're big, more like a loop handle from a enameled cast iron dutch oven.
