Which is the older BSR?

From reading info on this website, I understand that these 2 BSR skillets are Red Mountain (30's to 50's). I'd like to know which is the older one, but there are some details that confuse me. The 8..+D pan has bigger ears, and the marking looks sort of hand-done--so I figured it was older. The 8H pan is lighter weight, and I just assumed the older ones were thinner and lighter--so I'm unclear about ages.

Can someone clarify for me? Thanks!

(Also--are these photo sizes OK?)

The 8..+D is older. The 8H has smaller pour lips indicative of the automated molding era. It could have been sold labeled Red Mountain or Century. Conventional wisdom says the later pan should be heavier, but that's not always true. Examples of same size pans from the same maker and time period can vary by several ounces.
