Waterford enamel cast iron

Are these as safe to cook on as the high end enamel cookware that you would buy today? I did a quick search on this cookware and someone referenced Teflon. It dosin't look like their is Teflon on the inside...it looks like the same enamel on the inside that is on the outside? Any information on this cookware wood be helpful.

It is Waterford and made in Ireland.
