square sunflower engraved pan

I found a square 5 1/2" pan with a sunflower in the center bottom of the pan & no ID marks.
Anyone know about this pan?

I may be an Import. I say that due to the rough casting, and no markings. I could, probably am wrong, lol....Thats my take.

I forgot to say. It has a heat ring, or should I say a 4" heat square on the bottom.
