Some of your pie posts have gotten to me! With mouth watering I went to work. Here is a rustic pie/tart made in my #5. A wedge of warm apples with a buttery flakey crust and a cup of black tea is gonna make my night.

Nichole I really like the rustic look on that pie and boy dose it look good!!!
And you'll have to tell us how it taste.
 
Nichole, I agree. A #5 is the right size for a pie 4/2. I'm getting an urge for Nana's chocolate pie and using a #5 helps in justification. The remaining filling will just have to go into tart shells for the freezer. I think I just sold myself.

Chocolate pie! I'm going to need to bake one. Yum. Is it a jello pudding pie type?
 
See Pie Crust under recipes. Not Jello, but same type. Sort of the difference between cheap chocolate and high end chocolate..
