Need ID help with single spout skillet with heat ring.

Hi all, we found this skillet looking for information if possible. It has a single spout, a heat ring. I believe its called a upside-down fancy handle. Its a very lite casting. Surface is very smooth. Looking possible foundry, age, value. Thanks for any information. Found in Massachusetts

Positive ID on these or any unmarked bottom gated pan is unlikely. You might be able to find a marked pan which looks otherwise identical, but it would be no guarantee that maker also made this one. A lot of copying going on back then.
