Got a National #9 and a Lodge #9 at a local Estate Sale last week. I got there on the 2nd day so prices were 25% off. Got them for $30 each. National is useable as-is. Lodge has some surface rust but nothing noticeable otherwise. I was told there was a LOT of cast iron the first day. Good thing I didn't get there then or I wouldn't have grocery money.
