Martin Stove and Range Dutch oven?

Am I correct that this is a Martin Stove and Range Dutch oven? The lid handle and ears on the side of the oven are very distinctive.

Yes, Martin was known for using a pre-cast core in the handles on their camp ware lids. They weren't too consistent about the numbering, though. Some have the number readable above the handle, sometimes the number is close to the rim, and in other cases it's preceded by "No.".
