Marked WB and 6 or 9

I found this pan in a local flea and the seller told me it was Wagner. It looks more like an early Wagner than most of the Wood Bishop that I see from searching this site. Just the number and simple WB markings. The skillet is super light and well built except for some imperfection around the handle.

Can anyone confirm it being Wood Bishop, Wagner or other? Any idea of the value of this pan?

Wagner happily put their name on their products, and were not known to have foundry molding personnel add molder's marks for piece work pay. From what can be seen of casting quality, it's likely a smaller foundry using a pan from another maker as a pattern, or as the basis for one. I would also rule out Wood & Bishop, that's just not how they would have marked their pans. Be aware that less than knowledgeable sellers are always looking for a way to boost the value of what they (do or don't) have.
