Help Identifying Unmarked Pan

Hello all, I'm Lorin O. and new to the site. Can anyone help me identify this unmarked cornbread pan. I believe it was made by Lodge based on information I found on this site. Please provide input. Also, is the any significance to the two (2) small indented holes in the third picture?

It is Lodge, and the pan has been made, with slight variations from time to time, for many decades. The two dots are just some sort of pattern identifier, for quality control.
