Help Identifying Old Caldron

I have an old stew pot I’ve had for years. I can’t seem to figure out the age or manufacturer. Does anyone have any idea how old my pot is and possibly who made it? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Ca. mid-1800s. Old unmarked bottom-gated pieces are seldom identifiable as to maker.

Doug,
After looking closely, I could make out Baltimore on the bottom. As crude as it was made, I thought it might be even older that the 1800s. Thanks for your help!

In the original photo it looked like a gate mark, albeit a very neat one. Although it slipped my mind the gate on these is actually the ridge around the belly. A half dozen or more early foundries operated in Baltimore. Little chance of determining which of them only marked their pieces Baltimore, though. The indistinctiveness of the marking could also mean it's a copy.
