Help Identifying Large 31x21 US

Okay, I found this huge beauty that measures 31”x21” not including the handles. It is only stamped with US from all that I can see or find. Came with a green protector covering. I can’t upload photos it keeps saying file too large.
 
Too large is a common error. Forum photos don't need to be the huge images most smartphones take these days. See the pinned topics at the top of most subforums here for help with posting photos and reducing file sizes.
 
Im not sure about your computer set up, but I just right click on the pic, then resize it. Then upload it. I would like to see a pic of this big baby!
