it's been a while sense I picked up something nice. I got this Griswold 262/625 Crispy Corn Or Wheat Stick Pan. It looks right to me and not a repop. This is the first small one I have found!

It's genuine. Most all the repros are so bad, it's puzzling that anyone would think they're not fakes.

Why would they fake this pan? From what I see on the net it's not real valuable. It doesn't make sense?

Most intentional fakes are small items like this pan, toys, etc. A minimal amount of iron and a name brand equals high profit margin. Fakes of this one used to sell 3 for $20 in the back of antique magazines 40 years ago.
